QUESTIONS

  • Can I get a refund?
    Deposits are non-refundable. The only time we will issue a deposit back is if an incident has occurred out of our control and we have to cancel your appointment. By any means, if you cannot make your appointment for a justifiable reason such as sickness or cancellation of event you will be allowed to use your deposit towards your next appointment (Has to be within 1 month). If you cancel less then 48 hours of your appointment without a justifiable reasoning it is considered last minute and you will not receive your deposit back.
  • How should I come to my session?
    Please arrive with a clean fresh face and properly groomed brows. You will be charged a $5 fee if brows need to be plucked and are unable to do.
  • Where do I send my deposit?
    *$25 non-refundable deposit is to be sent to info@glowbyyj.ca . No appointments will be confirmed without a deposit.
  • What happens if I am late?
    $10 Late Fee is applicable after 10 mins of scheduled appointment. 25 minutes or later the appointment will be canceled.
  • Can I cancel within 24 hours?
    Yes you can but desposit will not be redunded.
  • Can I bring guest?
    We ask that there be no additional guests in the studio unless arranged with me prior to the appointment.
  • Can I bring food?
    In order to maintain a sanitary space, no food or drink of any kind is to be brought into the studio. Water is exceptional
  • How can I pay?
    Cash is preferred but e-transfers are accepted and to be sent prior or post makeup application.
